ARIA FLAME welcomes new keyboardist & pianist
Aria Flame would like to announce our new keyboardist & pianist, Alicia Menninga after the departure of Johnathon Townsend due to musical differences. We thank him for his time and wish him best in his future endeavors. Singer, Aziza Poggi met Alicia in 2003 when they formed Dendura with guitarist Steve Wethy (Dendura). Alicia was the very first Keyboardist in Dendura and wrote many of the early songs which will be revisited during select Aria Flame concerts. Dendura and Alicia parted ways in 2005 respectfully, following which Dendura formed its sound around two guitars in place of keys. When Aria Flame was forming, keyboards were a must. Aria Flame first sought out Alicia as their keyboardist for not only the history, but the musical chemistry. Both Aziza and Alicia feel as if working together is like magic. Alicia is a very gifted keyboardist and pianist playing solo piano at several locations. She has her own website where you can purchase and hear her solo music. www.aliciamusic.com . Aria Flame is more than happy to introduce Alicia to those who are not yet familiar with her while Dendura’s old school fans welcome her back. Thank you for your support and Aria Flame hopes to see you all on 4/20 with Fled Five at Teazers Bar and Grille where Alicia will be making her debut. Please send her a warm welcome!
